- Zimonza gives no question asked 3 days exchange policy. Customers can exchange with any product available on the website with a high or low amount.
- In the case of higher products in exchange, customers have to pay the difference amount online. COD not available for the exchange request.
- Else in case of a lower amount, the difference amount will be added to the customer’s Zimonza account as a store credit.
- For exchange, customers have to raise exchange requests within 3 days of delivery at info.zimonza@gmail.com. Zimonza will not accept the request after 48 hours of delivery.
- In case of an exchange, customers have to mail info.zimonza@gmail.com.
- We will ask you to send the real image of the received product for checking the product.
- If there is our fault then we will pay courier charges ( We will pay by Voucher in customer account. )
- If there is customer want to exchange and for that customer want to return on our address then customer have to pay courier charges.

Products once sold and shipped internationally cannot be exchanged under any circumstances.

Once an international order is placed and processed, no refunds will be issued for any reason, including customs delays, courier issues, or dissatisfaction with product expectations.

4. No Cancellation After 24 Hours:
Orders can only be cancelled within 24 hours of placement. After this time, the order will be processed and cannot be cancelled.
